The grounds are like a giant tropical garden complete with a pool fed by a cascading waterfall next to the lodge.  The upper reaches of the property are bordered by a Forest Reserve ensuring a pristine environment and tropical rainforest experience.  

The well-organized business is turnkey and ready to go!  

The tastefully-appointed lodge has 10 spacious guest rooms - each accommodating up to 3 people - with tiled floors and walk-in showers.  Ceiling fans circulate the lovely breezes off the gulf.  Hand-painted artwork adds a colorful element to the guest rooms and common areas, which include a comfortable open-air dining room, bar and library.  Attached to the main building are also a gift shop, office, and 2-story manager’s apartment.  

On the sport fishing side, there are (10) 27’ Oceanmaster 300-HP diesel powered boats – packaged one per room with captain and deck hand.   An excellent docking facility:  210’ fixed pier with a floating dock section.  Fueling is made easy by (2) 2000-gallon diesel tanks with pressure pumps for fueling with fuel and water pistons on pier.  The entire compound is powered by (2) 60 kilowatt diesel generators.
