The retreat center currently features two swimming pools and a two storey building equipped with full kitchen and bathrooms, for use for a catering or a la carte service, with a small bar on the bottom floor. The maximum occupancy is for up to 100 people.
A new building is being built right now, which when completed will hold up to 150, as a conference center counterpart for the restaurant. Construction is scheduled for completion by the beginning of high season.
Other amenities include a traditional soccer field and a parking lot for up to 27 cars; rubble roads that have been designed mostly without machines, in order to preserve the natural aspect; and pools equipped with maintenance gear and a water purifier.
At the southern end of the property lie an area green with tropical fruits and an organic coffee plantation to delight visitors touring the property.
Best of all is the environmental component of the property: the list of animal species, plants and insects (such as butterflies) to be found on this property is extensive and has already been a subject for study by visiting school groups. This property also possesses a rich underground ecosystem, only recently recognized and still under study.
Trails specially designed by professionals are gentle and accessible for even the most inexperienced hiker and allow the visitor enjoyment of the numerous species to be found on the property.
At the bottom of the property runs the only stream left in the area, offering pure waters, gorgeous waterfalls and rock structures. In summertime a catering service is available right near the stream.
So many visitors have found themselves so entranced by their time in the ecological center and wanted to extend their visits to spend more time luxuriating in the natural wonders on offer that the owner has taken the initiative of adding accommodations. Two fully equipped cabins have been built above the trees affording a valley view. There is plenty of space for the new owner to build 10 additional cabins.
