We are a full service real estate company offering custom tours in the south pacific region of Costa Rica
What we offer
~First time visitors to Costa Rica and anyone interested will be able to tour the region to see neighborhoods, schools, hospitals, shops, restaurants, etc.
~One on One custom tours limited to no more than 2 potential buyers per tour group.
~Hotel rooms in close proximity to our office, local restaurants, and shopping.
~Transportation services to and from the San Jose airport. Prices ranging from US $20-$150.
~Our tours allow viewings of 2 to 4 properties per day, that YOU choose. The rest of the day is at your disposal. If interested, one of our agents can assist you with setting up additional activities, such as: sport fishing, spa treatments, boat tours or a leisurely trip to the beach.
~You will be teamed up with one of our bilingual agents whose expertise will assist you in finding the types of properties and regions you are most interested in.
~You will also have the opportunity to meet with bilingual, independent, legal professionals who can assist with your transaction, should you decide to buy. We are a team of real estate professionals, and recommend all legal service be conducted by a licensed, independent third party.
~Tour prices are US$75 per day or US$150 per day including hotel for up to 2 peolple.
